Everstead Strategies offers virtual coaching and advising to support clients on short-term or ad hoc needs. All new packages include a free 30-minute orientation to set goals and define success. These orientations will be scheduled either prior to or part of the first session. Topics that may be appropriate for these coaching or advising sessions include, but are not limited to:
Advising on culturally responsive evaluation methods
Reviewing draft engagement strategies and plan
Supporting the creation and improvement of data collection protocols and/or instruments
Providing subject matter expertise on evaluation strategy and conduct
Supporting data interpretation and storytelling
Reviewing a theory of change or logic model
Reviewing RFPs to hire researchers and evaluators
Reviewing research and evaluation resumes and career advising
COACHING and ADVISING
