Esther is an accomplished administrator, strategist, and leader in research and evaluation.

Esther brings nearly two decades of experience as a strategist and methodologist in research and evaluation and has worked on more than 50 projects.

She is a member of the Editorial Boards for both the American Journal of Evaluation and the New Directions for Evaluation journals.

HONORS

Esther has received several honors for her leadership, products, academic achievements, community service, and contributions toward pivotal initiatives.

She was selected to serve as President of Washington Evaluators (2022) and as Member-at-Large for the American Evaluation Association Board of Directors (2023-2026).
